1 Day until this Event

Come join Students for a Free Tibet to watch a film screening followed by a Q&A discussion! The film, The Sun Behind the Clouds touches on the struggles Tibetan people endure while trying to fight for independence. The Dalai Lama, who is living in exile in Northern India, speaks about his position "the middle way". This position is a compromise where Tibet is still occupied by China, however, Tibetans can still live an independent lifestyle. Unfortunately, "the middle way" has not been successful and the Chinese government still refuses to accept this position. Therefore, there are others that support Tibetan independence but plan on achieving it through a militant position. Please come by and discover the reality that is happening in Tibet!
